Matters for attention during the construction of castables
(1) Template: the template for pouring construction can be made of steel plate or hardwood plate (five-plywood), the template should have enough strength, good rigidity, no deformation, no displacement, no leakage of slurry, just the template should be coated with mold releasing agent, wood template should be coated with waterproofing agent, and repeated use of templates should be cleaned and then coated with paint before use. Spot check holes and cleaning holes should be made of wood to make a regular mold shell. Support wood magic board metal reinforcement per square meter should be more than 4 (to avoid intense heat transfer) and the reinforcement should be anchored as the base welding (that is, the template of the reinforcement should be welded on the anchors).
(2) Water-cement ratio: the amount of water added when mixing the castables should be controlled strictly according to the elucidation book, and should not exceed the limited amount, and under the premise of guaranteeing the construction function, the amount of water added should be less rather than more.
(3) Stirring: the mixing work of the castables should be not less than 5 minutes (subject to the requirements of the manual), the operation should be forced mixer. It is advisable to mix dry first, and then participate in 80% amount of water mixing, and then depending on its dry and wet level, Ran to participate in the remaining water to continue mixing, until the task of obtaining a suitable level to stop. Stir different castables to clean the mixer.
(4) The use of pouring material: the pouring material must be used in the whole bucket and whole bag, and the stirred pouring material must be used up within 30 minutes, and this work should be shortened in the low-temperature and dry working environment, and the pouring material which has been initially solidified or even lumped shall not be poured into the mold frame, and it shall not be stirred and used after adding water again.
(5) Vibration: Pouring the castable into the mold frame should be immediately vibrated with vibrating rod to shake the solid in layers, the height of each layer should not be more than 300mm, and the vibration spacing of about 250mm is suitable. Vibration should try to avoid touching the anchorage, shall not damage the heat insulation layer, shall not be in the same position on the long vibration or vibration, see the appearance of the castable material back to the slurry should be vibrating rod slowly withdrawn, to prevent the castable layer of segregation of the phenomenon and the presentation of the empty flood.
(6) Large area construction: In the process of large area construction, it should be divided into pieces of construction, and the area of each pouring area should be about 1.5m2; the shrinkage joints should be left in accordance with the design requirements, and should not be omitted, and the shrinkage joints should be left in the status of the two ends of the distance of the anchoring pieces, and the shrinkage joints can be used with the boards which are 6~8mm thick, and the interval between the sections of the boards and the templates should be 40~60mm, and the shrinkage boards should be stopped and fixed effectively. The board for shrinkage should be fixed ineffectively to avoid dislocation in the construction process of pouring material.
(7) About the welding of anchors: draw grid lines on the task surface (according to the requirements of the drawings), weld the anchors on the status of the grid line joints, and weld the roots of the anchors with full welding. After the construction of the casting material is completed, the casting body shall not be forbidden to be subjected to pressure or shock again before curing.
