<p>Before our country steelmaking deoxidation are used traditional ferrosilicon, silicon aluminum, silicon aluminum calcium, silicon aluminum barium calcium and other alloys, silicon calcium powder and carbon powder for deoxidation, its process is complicated, pollution is serious, the cost is expensive. Our company combined with the trend of metallurgical industry, combined with local resources, after years of research, successfully developed a non-polluting, energy-saving and efficient deoxidation products. This product is easy to use, no smoke and no smell, economic and efficient, both deoxygenation and desulfurization, dephosphorization, to achieve the steel industry both energy-saving and environmental protection requirements. Deoxygenation rate can reach more than 80%, desulfurization rate of up to 40-60%, collectively referred to as three off composite agent. This product has been used by many steel mills to confirm that 100% can replace ferrosilicon, silicon aluminum, silicon aluminum calcium, silicon aluminum barium calcium alloy. And deoxidation effect is good, but also to improve the alloy recovery rate, improve the liquidity of steel, foam, slag formation fast, stable and uniform steel. Especially when the sulfur and phosphorus content of molten steel increases suddenly, it is an effective means to remove sulfur and phosphorus content.</p>
